Product description

The HAELOK® fitting, type «L90» (Elbow 90°), is used for a connection between two pipes at an angle of 90 °.

The fitting consists of a total of three pre-assembled components; a base body and two pressing rings. The press fitting can be ordered in steel 1.0570 + galvanized (AISI 1024) or stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L).

The elbow pieces are available in sizes from ø10 mm to ø60.3 mm. Custom-made units with unequal outlets are possible within limits.

Product description

The HAELOK® fitting, type “CM / CF” (DKO), is used as a detachable connection of two pipes or for connecting hydraulic hoses or clearing nozzles. CM denotes the male cone with union nut, CF the female cone with thread as counterpart.

The fitting consists of several fix assembled parts.

The HAELOK © -Press fitting can be supplied in steel (CC) or stainless steel (XX).

The DKO FITTING (CM / CF) is available in selected sizes from ø12 mm to ø 33.4 mm

The HAELOK® fitting, type “TE” (fitting with external thread), is used to connect fittings such as pumps or valves.

In general, the thread is manufactured according to type «B» with sealing edge. For selected sizes, type “E” with Viton sealing ring is also available.

The fitting consists of a total of two pre-assembled components; a base body and a press ring. The press fitting can be ordered in steel 1.0570 + galvanized (AISI 1024) or stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L).

The threaded parts are available in sizes from ø10 mm to ø60.3 mm. Custom designs with special thread, e.g. NPT are possible.
