Reduction – HLK-10RE

Product description

The HAELOK® fitting, type «RE» (Reduction), is used for a straight connection between two pipes with different diameters.

The fitting consists of a total of three pre-assembled components; a base body and two press rings. The press fitting can be ordered in steel 1.0570 + galvanized (AISI 1024) or stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L).

The reduction is available in sizes from ø12 mm to ø60.3 mm.
On request, further reductions can be produced.

Product description

The HAELOK® fitting, type “SR” (Straight Repair Fitting) is used for straight connection between two pipes. Due to the missing stop bar, the fitting can be moved over the whole pipe to carry out repairs.

The fitting consists of a total of three pre-assembled components; a base body and two press rings. The press fitting can be ordered in steel 1.0570 + galvanized (AISI 1024) or stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L).

The fitting consists of a total of three pre-assembled components; a base body and two press rings. The press fitting can be ordered in steel 1.0570 + galvanized (AISI 1024) or stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L).

The STRAIGHT FITTING is available in sizes from ø10 mm to ø 114.3 mm.

Product description

The HAELOK® fitting, type “D4″ (Distributor 4 Outlets), has four side outlets with G ½ ” thread and can be used as a metering point or for placing clearing nozzles.
In connection with threaded parts TE -__- G12_, it is easy to identify an outlet or a cross piece.
The fitting consists of a total of three pre-assembled components; a base body and two pressing rings. The press fitting can be ordered in steel 1.0570 + galvanized (AISI 1024) or stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L).

The distributor with 4 outlets (D4) is in the size of ø21. mm – ø 60.3 mm available. Special solutions such as only one outlet and other threads on request.
